🎯 Bring footage to life and help tell compelling stories as our Assistant Video Editor. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for new technologies will make you a true reference within the company, ensuring the success of all our wonderful projects.
1 | As a true Master of organization and coordination, you bring order to chaos and streamline our media production
In order to do that, you will:
Copy, upload & organize rushes with rigor and great attention to detail.
Ensure the safety and archiving of a large volume of media for our multi-camera shoots.
Synchronize each project after backup to ensure smooth workflow for the editing team.
Participate in information sharing through the implementation of various tools between editors, project managers, etc.
Proactively identify the team’s needs and propose projects to meet demands.
Understand that mistakes can happen, and to prevent them from being repeated, you continuously document your processes, while actively seeking solutions to encountered errors.
2 | Your video expertise drives our excellence through innovative solutions and reliable support
To achieve that, you will:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative ideas and solutions that can make a difference.
Assist with live streaming and proactively learn/experiment new technologies in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize the encoding process according to our projects’ requirements and ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
Participate in the life of our Dubai studio by supporting the team with various tasks, such as equipment installation and storage, to ensure a smooth production process.

French: native or bilingual.
English: fluent. You can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English. Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.

About our recruitment process
Our recruitment process is tailored to do our best to avoid that you or us realize that we’re not a perfect fit in two or six months. It might seem long, but every step serves a purpose and will allow us to get to know you better as much as it’ll help you understand more where you’ll be stepping in.
We also want you to have time to ask all of your questions regarding your job description, the long-term vision of your team and the company, our values, with the relevant interlocutor in front of you.
