🎯 Your main mission is to work in collaboration with your team to ensure that our audience and clients can get the answers they need, with that extra special touch that they are not used to see and that will leave a lasting impression.
1 | Be the first point of contact for clients and create Wow moments
In order to do that, you will:
Take care of our clients’ requests and issues, essentially by phone, to provide them with the solution they need.
Contact directly with our customers to communicate the latest changes and developments of our products and services.
Over time, you will be helping the team to handle tickets for various products or issues, expanding your skills in customer service and problem-solving.
2 | Use clients’ feedbacks to provide indispensable solutions and make the customer experience unique
In order to achieve that, you will:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and propose solutions to improve the customer experience. You will be in regular contact with internal teams to communicate the improvement areas that you have identified with your team.
Assist the Communication & Marketing teams in creating content by providing information on customer needs and expectations.
Participate in the implementation of tools to improve customer satisfaction and optimize support quality.
Contribute to the documentation of our knowledge base in order to improve responses to frequent customer questions.
Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the processes and efficiency of the Customer Support team.

About our recruitment process
Our recruitment process is tailored to do our best to avoid that you or us realize that we’re not a perfect fit in two or six months. It might seem long, but every step serves a purpose and will allow us to get to know you better as much as it’ll help you understand more where you’ll be stepping in.
We also want you to have time to ask all of your questions regarding your job description, the long-term vision of your team and the company, our values, with the relevant interlocutor in front of you.
The steps mentioned above can be rearranged depending on yours and the interviewer’s availability.
A virtual coffee with members from your future team as well as a short video call with the CEO can be scheduled on request at the end of the process if you need additional insights in order to make the decision of joining Paradox.
