🎯 Your main goal will be to contribute to the data-driven decision-making process and operational efficiency at Paradox.
To do so, here are your responsibilities :
1- DATA ANALYSIS AND PLANNING (50%)
📈 Conduct ad hoc analysis to support our leadership team in preparing strategic meetings (Monthly & Quarterly Board).for such as business planning, financial reporting & internal resources allocation., financial reporting, and business planning.
📊️ Develop dashboards to monitor our key performance indicators and support the leadership team (Support the Head of Finance, and VP of Revenue…) in taking the right decisions.
🎯Help on defining company-level OKRs and departments roadmap.
2- STREAMLINE PROCESSES & DRIVE AUTOMATION (30%)
🛠️Streamline and automate processes to reduce cross-department inefficiencies and increase overall productivity.
🤖 Build systems for the revenue departments to increase our velocity through Airtable databases, Make automations or AI-driven solutions.
3- COMMUNICATE & DOCUMENT PROCESSES (20%)
📝 Document newly established processes and build a strong knowledge database internally
🎒Educate teams on new processes through workshops and async. documentation ensure effective communication
📊 Drivechange by owning key KPIs to evaluate the impact of your initiatives.
