YOUR MISSION 🚀
🎯 Your main mission is to take charge of the french copy of Paradox' different brands and blow up our conversion rates.
As part of the marketing team, you will produce sales pages, emails, landing pages, ads, high-converting and high-value scripts to bring Paradox' brands' funnels to life.
1 | Write memorable email sequences that sell
It's a must. You're not a web writer. Nor a blogger. You're a salesperson, passionate about human relationships, who doesn't whip out their phone... but their keyboard. To sell.
In order to achieve that, you will:
Develop cutting-edge creative campaign strategies that align with market trends.
Write captivating email sequences that sell, but not just that. You will also be responsible for writing sales pages, landing pages, sequences, ads, video scripts, voice-overs, ads... that sell and provide real added value to our customers. Whether they buy or not.
At Paradox, we like focus. You will be responsible for the copywriting and performance of your writing, on your product, from A to Z. That means that you have the ownership and the experience to handle an entire funnel, from start to end.
2 | Analyze meticulously your KPIs
To do so, you will:
Set up a KPI tracking dashboard to monitor the performance of your writing.
Adopt a scientific approach to copywriting (similar to Claude's method): meticulously track and analyze your metrics, draw conclusions and adapt your writing as well as your team’s.
Put your knowledge into practice by testing and experimenting with the techniques you learn from your readings.
3 | Immerge yourself in the audience’s mind
To be able to do that, you will:
Analyze market trends, user and prospects behaviors.
Choose market and trend analysis tools.
Optimize avatars and define the tone to adopt with these different targets.

At least 2 years of experience as a full-time copywriter, in-house or freelance.
Solid background in copywriting and online sales (portfolio of campaigns to support. It’s mandatory and it’ll be asked to you during the application process).

Impeccable written French.

You know how to get teams to put all their potential at the service of our mission, how to set up processes that improve the team's workflow, and, above all, how to communicate with our collaborators with kindness.
French: native or bilingual.
English: fluent. You can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English. Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.

About our recruitment process
Our recruitment process is tailored to do our best to avoid that you or us realize that we’re not a perfect fit in two or six months. It might seem long, but every step serves a purpose and will allow us to get to know you better as much as it’ll help you understand more where you’ll be stepping in.
