You mission is to switch between the 10 000 feet view where you think of the global digital marketing strategy to a really detail oriented approach to help your team make small change that change the game

But your real mission will be to double our Sales in one year and go from 5M to 10M

You define and manage the execution of marketing strategies to help us reach that goal, and go beyond.
And then pursue our international ambition and penetrate the english speaking market.

🎯 Your 8 main missions :

1. Create and implement the marketing strategy
  • Define the company’s acquisition, growth plan and objectives
  • Identify Ideal Customer, create personas
  • Build the offers
2. Inspire, Grow & Lead your digital marketing team, act a Project Manager with a very KPI oriented approach
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting by defining goals, and help us define quarterly global objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage the marketing schedule
  • Implement daily huddles and follow-up with about target hitting
  • Inspire the team to go further what they think possible
  • Create and maintain playbook of launch funnels, we want to systemize everything that work
  • FInd and Create Training to make your team grow and bring the best out of each team member!
  • Attract, find and hire great talent for your team
3. Lead the implementation and optimization of our funnels in order to make our conversion rate skyrocket ( we expect at least a 50% increase from you )
  • Work closely with our Sales, and Customer Success, and Product teams to get insightful input and adjust strategy accordingly 
  • Work cross functionally with the copywriting team, technology team, designers, and etc to ship new world-class marketing campaigns.
  • Work on scoring leads for the Sales Team
  • Workflow optimization (multitouch) of the marketing funnel and implementation of automations
  • Implement A/B testing to learn and accelerate quickly
  • Put your hands on pre recorded Webinars in Premiere pro to create variation that win over the existing and fucking celebrate with us when you do!
  • Increase the average cart.

4. Generate a MASS of qualified Leads at a reduced cost

Lead the TEAM in an hands-on way for…

ACQUISITION : Lead Acquisition Specialists on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram to create paid media campaigns to generate qualified leads and be obsessed on ROI

  • Your role is to push the boundaries, challenge your team assumption, identify chokehold
  •  check acquisition performance on a weekly basis on the various acquisition channels
  • Managing budgets of 300k – 1 Million $ in ads

SEO & keywords optimisation

  • Create website content and improve SEO to maximize our website traffic and conversion

GROWTH HACK tactics & Scraping

  • Cold mailing and cold messaging via dedicated tools (Lemlist, Growth Machine, etc.);
  • Use the right set of tools and tactics to uncover creative, non-traditional, and new ways of generating qualified leads
  • Own the website and landing pages with the goal of generating qualified inbound leads

5. Full ownership of KPIs : Implement Dashboard ( KPI, Automatic reporting ) and have a very Data Driven approach

  • Create automatic and clear dashboards to track KPI : create complex SQL request to extract insightful data and report weekly to the COO on the performance of your campaigns and landing pages
  • From them provide regular insights and find ways to improve conversion rates.
  • Find trends and new ideal segments and targeted audience
  • Analyze A/B split and multivariate testing scenarios
6. Own our affiliation strategies and Build strategic partnerships
  • Connect with potential partners and nurture the relationship
  • Implement all the affiliation marketing and setup of affiliate tools
  • Follow up and ensure payments of affiliate on time with thorough approach

7. Produce timely, authoritative, highly-credible content to drive brand affinity, engagement, conversion, thought leadership, and drive action within target segments
  • Give solid direction and work seamlessly with designers, art directors, motion graphics artists and video editors to create BADASS Teasers
  • create top class video assets, from strategizing video content, shooting, post-productions (cutting & editing) with the video team
  • Work closely with the copywriting team to create more than outstanding White Books, ebooks that stant out : our #1 Value is : Create Awe

8. Improve the MARKETING MACHINE
  • Establish a market watch and model best practices while keeping our DNA
  • You’ll work closely with no code developer and developer to automate workflows and do things that scale
  • You’ll implement integration across tools like Active Campaign, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Amplitude… to make we have the right data at the strategic place

Expected Results 

After 3 months:

  • Hire a Growth Hacker, Growth Engineer ( tech ) and acquisition specialist.
  • Have set up the Funnel for our new Business program
  • Create Dashboards of KPIs for our 3 main products
  • Get over 100 clients for our new Business program
  • Ensure that tracking is functional on all steps of the funnel
  • Double the number of new monthly qualified leads in our main Funnels ( by acquisition, scraping…)
  • Product 1 outstanding lead magnet, that create Awe for our prospect

After 6 months:

  • Increase attending of our webinars from 25% to 40%.
  • Increase by at least 10% each of the 6 big steps of our 3 funnels
  • Have implemented automatic reporting tools such as Data Visual Studio or similar tool for our large Funnels
  • Have at least 3 steps of each funnel (Lead and Conversion) with a split test that are monitored and improved monthly
  • Double the number of new monthly leads in the EPR funnel
  • Have at least 200 clients for our new Business Program
  • Produce a badass Teaser for 2 of our main product

After 1 year:

  • Clear and automatic dashboard to track all key Growth & Marketing KPIs
  • Full technical autonomy for the implementation of growth strategies
  • Double the number of new monthly leads in THE GAME funnel
  • Decrease by 35% the cost of acquiring a customer of our products (EPR, EDEC, THE GAME)
  • Have a 2 badass teaser A/B tested for our 3 products
  • Have all of 3 funnels in evergreen and optimised
  • Create new strategic partnership and own fully the affiliation

We found our answer in the Greek Mythology, with the Ulysses Pact.
