Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher 😴 or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories

It needs to change!!

So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Fred Bousquet, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)... to reverse engineer their strategies.

⭐️Our ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them)

So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people.

But we wanted more, so we created 2 new brands with international ambitions.

And with them we have 3 dreams : 

  1. Helping 100 000 people achieve 1 dream and stick their pictures on a wall we call the 100 000 dreams WALL

YOUR MISSION 🚀

Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, you will support him in his mission to structure and rapidly grow the company. 

Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO/COO, and will cover contributing to create an A Players team, installing a culture of performance and execution, putting the right systems in place and contributing to all HR, finance, legal, product marketing, office management operations.

🎯 YOUR 5 MAIN MISSIONS

With Paradox it’s the opportunity to work in an environment that is obsessed with automations and taking advantage of digital solutions! 

1 - Execute on strategic projects developed by our CEO and our GM

Depending on your zone of genius, these are examples of strategics projects you could own : 

  • Growth :  Implement Growth hacking & Marketing Tactics

  • Strategic : Find offices to buy, act as PR to connect with influencers…

  • People : Source top talents, review applicants…

  • Sales : Build a cold outreach machine

  • Scale : Implement scaling strategies & framework

  • Sponsorship : Obtain sponsorships for our Youtube channels and events with companies aligned with our brand.

As the company grows, it’s sometimes harder to experiment fast initiatives as bigger team requires few focuses, and roadmaps. To keep our agility, and the spirit of a small startup, we are building a Pirate Squad. A squad able to own fully a launch a of new product, marketing campaign, acquisition channel without disrupting the whole.

2 - Pirate Squad & develop international

  • Launch new products

  • Develop International initiatives

  • Social Media : build a well oiled machine to transform our content in english

3. ♜  Strategy - contribute to the strategic vision of the company, screen markets and competition, produce business analyses, build models of growth, etc.).

  • Market research & strategy : Explore new ventures such as strategic partnerships, country launch, new business lines, M&A, etc.

  • Identify new growth levers, potential partners, companies to acquire

  • Explore Business Models and study subscription models

  • Challenge, formalize, and ensure good execution of the strategy

4 - 📊 Business intelligence analysis

  • Create dashboards on Metabase ( BI Tool ) 

  • Extract insights from it 

    • Marketing : performance of acquisition channels, traffic, campaigns…

    • Product/Customer Success: customer life cycles, Upsell, Churn, LTV, usage and user cohorts

    • Sales: Pipe, business cycle and activities, revenue model…

    • At Paradox things move fast, and our CEO is always reading Business Books, meeting great entrepreneurs and you’ll be able to give life to the best strategies and tactics.

5 - 🔹 turn the company it into a growth machine by Implementing Systems, Processes and workflows to reduce errors, save time and create magic

  • Seek productivity enhancement opportunities for a department you’ll focus on and increase efficiency

  • Solve problems effectively by eradicating the cause

    • Create process, map current systems

    • Transform Readings into internal Training

    • Implement advanced automations

    • Benchmark digital tools that will allow to scale

  • Top tier Business or Engineering School (HEC, ESSEC, INSEAD, EM Lyon, EDHEC, ESCP, Stanford, …) or other high-level academic training (Les Mines, X, Sciences Po Paris, etc.)

  • Entrepreneurship Spirit - Able to own a project from scratch, with few resources, few guidance, and doing a lot yourself
