Your main mission will be to create outstanding and high engaging videos for our different english-speaking social networks in order to establish Paradox brands as recognisable and leading brands in the leadership, self-mastery and business industry.

Every day, you will strive to create outstanding and engaging content for our community made of ambitious people and entrepreneurs.

This is a full time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubai and Geneva.

🎯 Your 4 main missions :

At Paradox, we produce and publish video content every single day on our different platforms.
As a result, here the main mission you’ll be in charge of :

1) Extract the most relevant and engaging content from our massive video stock
  • We have a massive stock of content that is only waiting for you to be taken care of and repurposed and redistributed in an appealing way to our community.
  • Identify video excerpts that has potential to go viral and structure them in the most efficient way to make it appealing to consume
2) Create outstanding and distribution-ready video content adapted to the different platforms and video formats (IGTV, IG Reels, Facebook Watch videos, promotional stories)
  • You know what it takes to deliver high engaging content on every single platform and know how to adapt your production process to them
  • Once you choose an exciting extract to work on, your role will be to make it fluid, catchy, attractive, punchy and pedagogical for our audience using various techniques : change of rhythm, music, editing techniques or text insertion. It also means playing an important role in the creation of catchy headlines and ensuring all the assets (captioning and thumbnails among others) are distribution-ready.
3) Create promotional video based on the brand news or ongoing product campaigns
  • Your role here will be to adapt your production planning to produce marketing driven videos that support our marketing campaigns and help us reach our business goals.
4) Create an efficient workflow with your social media team members i.e social media managers, writers or videographers
  • You will collaborate with the whole social media team. Setting the different priorities and building a publishing schedule with our social media manager and ensuring all the team members involved are up to date with the different phases of production to deliver our content in the most optimal way (and much more) will be part of your daily mission.

To address this issue, we have surrounded ourselves with scientists, top athletes (Fred Bousquet, Frank Leboeuf, Serge Betsen among others), artists (Barry Osborne, producer of The Lord of the Rings and The Matrix), entrepreneurs (Marc Simoncini, Frédéric Mazzella, Gary Vaynerchuk, Janine Allis) and many other leaders and experts to dissect their strategies and share counter-intuitive and thought-provoking ideas.

2. Ideas that are worthwhile but shared in a boring way
and which unfortunately don’t catch attention.

3. Change is hard. And knowledge only works for too few people

We found our answer in the Greek Mythology, with the Ulysses Pact.

Ulysses of his (Greek name Ὀδυσσεύς, Odysseus) wanted to hear the Sirens’ song, but all of those who tried died doing so. So he decided to put wax in his men’s ears so that they could not hear and had them tie him to the mast so that he could not jump into the sea. For the first time ever, someone was able to listen to the sirens while surviving. Ulysses didn’t succeed because of willpower, but because of an ingenious system that gave him no choice but to succeed. And this is what had been called the Ulysses' Pact.

    Premiere Pro and have at least some basic knowledge of After Effects
