Your main mission will be to manage Paradox’s social networks along with the social media team in place and with the end goal of making Paradox brands the most iconic brands in their field.

Every day, you will strive to create outstanding content to inspire our community and bring the tools and strategies to the people who dare to dream big.

Paradox’s mission is the following : help the ambitious defy the statu quo and live the life that truly inspires them.

For this matter, and as one of Paradox’s Social Media Managers, here are…

🎯 Your 6 main missions :

 

1. Make Paradox’s social networks skyrocket

  • Your goal will be to help develop the brand awareness of Paradox’s brands and showcase their vibe and values in all kinds of content (video, image, written, audio), across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and in every single interaction with the community.
  • Implementing victorious tactics, strategies and systems to deliver extraordinary pieces of content to our audience will be your daily focus

2.  Create a “machine” at producing AWE for our audience

  • Lead the creation process of our different pieces of content
  • Extract the most relevant and suitable parts of our massive stock of video content and manage their redistribution strategically by adapting them to the different social media formats while making them attractive for our social networks (this requires to be more than at ease with the different social media platforms and have a deep understanding of the subtleties and continuous updates of each platform)
  • Create a culture of constant improvement by giving feedback to the social media team members, challenging them to improve on what they do and their ability to reflect our vibe and values.

3.  Make our community engagement grow

  • Plan content strategically, taking into account the various growth factors (audience peak, formats naturally boosted by the algorithm and so on).
  • Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to adapt our content and be as much as possible in resonance with our audience and its current issues or envies.

4. Systemize Excellence

  • Study Metrics and KPI, report monthly on your successes and failures, systemize what works in the form of processes; share them to our other social media managers
  • Constantly look for new formats that work. Once found, you systemize them to use them at scale while still keep breaking their patterns regularly to surprise our audience
  • Test new videos headlines, thumbnails, post captions and many other factors to improve engagement and reach
  • Create a process to reuse our best content regularly and across different platforms

5. Build long-lasting relationships with influencers and potential partners

  • Establish first contact with influencers and experts in their field in order to create a relationship leading to opportunities of any types
  • Have a meticulous look of the influencers interacting with our content with the goal of building a relationship with them from this point
  • Be on the lookout for influencers’ interests and latest news to create authentic and relevant, customized and contextual messages
  • Communicate with subscribers, influencers and partners with impact, empathy and kindness while being in tune with the vibe of Paradox Nation.

6. Constantly Source and Hire A-Players to support you in your mission (designers, video editors and copywriters among others)

  • You are expected to be proactive in finding great talents to support your mission.
  • All managers are expected to take responsibility for hiring, not just the HR Department.
  • So, you will also be measured on your ability to find great talents.

To address this issue, we have surrounded ourselves with scientists, top athletes (Fred Bousquet, Frank Leboeuf, Serge Betsen among others), artists (Barry Osborne, producer of The Lord of the Rings and The Matrix), entrepreneurs (Marc Simoncini, Frédéric Mazzella, Gary Vaynerchuk, Janine Allis) and many other leaders and experts to dissect their strategies and share counter-intuitive and thought-provoking ideas.

2. Ideas that are worthwhile but shared in a boring way
and which unfortunately don’t catch attention.

3. Change is hard. And knowledge only works for too few people

We found our answer in the Greek Mythology, with the Ulysses Pact.

Ulysses of his (Greek name Ὀδυσσεύς, Odysseus) wanted to hear the Sirens’ song, but all of those who tried died doing so. So he decided to put wax in his men’s ears so that they could not hear and had them tie him to the mast so that he could not jump into the sea. For the first time ever, someone was able to listen to the sirens while surviving.   • Making David Laroche’s brand grow on LinkedIn is one of our biggest priorities as Paradox social media team. Moreover, we also want to develop Paradox’s other brands (Business Impact, Effective Coaching Institute, Paradox Media…) and you’ll play a big role in this mission…
  • The majority of the LinkedIn posts we create are plain written posts. So one of your key missions will be to create quality, in-depth posts that awe people by the amount of value they get from it when they read
  • Most of our posts are also backed by stories of “legends” (people who made history and are considered masters in their field) or scientific studies that reinforce our expertise and our credibility.

 

2. Create a whole and coherent editorial line

  • In addition to the regular posts you’ll create for Paradox Brands’ LinkedIn accounts, another key mission of yours will be to interweave other strategic posts. Those include promotional posts aiming to boost traffic towards our new blog articles or our new YouTube videos that get published every week.
  • You’ll also be asked to include in the editorial calendar the redistribution of the top videos posted on our Instagram accounts providing that they are relevant and in tune with our LinkedIn editorial line

 

3. To test different formats, to be looking for the next format that will be a hit and to be on the lookout of the new hacks and trends to make a content go viral.

  • As you know, the LinkedIn algorithm is evolving regularly. For this matter, one of your other key missions will be to regularly adapt our LinkedIn strategy and the way we create our posts in order to make them in tune with the evolutions of the platform

 

4. Analysing :

  • Study the feedback from your articles, the interaction they generate in order to draw conclusions, and… 
  • Bring out what works and deliver it to the rest of the team.

Ta mission principale sera de développer en profondeur et avec originalité des thèmes de l’entrepreneuriat et du business pour rédiger 1 à 2 articles de qualité chaque semaine, dans le but de fournir des stratégies et des outils business à nos lecteurs et d’améliorer le référencement de notre site internet.

Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, depuis chez toi en remote ou depuis nos magnifiques bureaux à Dubaï et Genève.

🎯 Tes 5 missions principales :

 

 

1. Rédiger 1 à 2 articles chaque semaine …

  • Des articles de blog poussés, de qualité, que les lecteurs attendent avec autant d’impatience qu’un gamin attend le père-noël un 24 décembre ! 
  • Des articles riches de contenus et de valeurs que notre audience saura percevoir et tirer de tes écrits. 
  • Des articles  inspirants sur des thèmes variés mais tous liés au monde de l’entrepreneuriat ou de l’entreprise. Des articles que des entrepreneurs déjà établis (comme Marc Simoncini, Oussama Ammar, Quentin Sannié, Céline Lazorthes…) auraient envie de lire ! 

 

2. Rédiger 4 articles invités par mois…

  • Des articles de qualité pour nous distinguer, et cultiver notre culture, notre image, auprès de nouvelles sources de trafic intéressées. 
  • Pour permettre à Paradox de toucher et d’impacter la vie et le business d’encore plus de personnes.  
  • Permettre un meilleur référencement de notre site internet grâce aux outils de référencement SEO que tu maîtrises.

 

3. Tester différents formats, et être à la recherche du prochain format qui va cartonner :

  • Étudier les retours de tes écrits, l’interaction qu’ils suscitent pour en tirer des conclusions et… 
  • Tester différentes longueurs, différentes structures, différentes approches afin de déterminer celle qui aura le plus d’impact dans la vie de tes lecteurs…

 

 

4. Analyser :

5. Te former et t’améliorer en permanence

  • Chez Paradox, s’améliorer n’est pas juste une question de pratique, on demande à chaque membre de l’équipe de faire ce qu’on appelle de la pratique délibérée. C’est-à-dire mettre un effort conscient pour progresser sur des aspects spécifiques de ta mission (comme les titres de tes articles, la structure des paragraphes, la longueur des phrases, le choix du champ lexical…) C’est quelque chose que nous adorons… ce sentiment de se voir progresser et de contrôler ce progrès !

 

Ta mission c’est une chose, mais ça semble essentiel qu’on t’en dise plus sur nous, car nous ne cherchons pas des gens qui cherchent un Job.

En fait les personnes qu’on recrute n’ont aucun mal à trouver un emploi, sont même déjà en poste ou pourraient être freelance mais nous rejoignent car elles trouvent avec nous quelque chose qu’elles ne trouvent pas ailleurs…

Aujourd’hui, l’industrie de la connaissance fait face à trois problèmes :

1. Une effervescence de théories non fondées

Pour y remédier, nous nous sommes entourés de scientifiques, d’athlètes de haut niveau (Fred Bousquet, Frank Leboeuf), artistes (Barry Osborne, producteur du Seigneur des anneaux et Matrix), entrepreneurs (Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella, Gary Vee)… Pour décortiquer leurs stratégies et partager des idées contre-intuitives qui provoquent la réflexion.

2. Des idées qui valent le coup, transmises de façon ennuyante et auxquelles malheureusement personne ne s’intéresse

3. Changer est difficile. Et la connaissance seule ne fonctionne que pour très peu de gens

Nous avons trouvé notre réponse dans la mythologie grecque, avec le pacte d’Ulysse.
Ulysse (nom grec Ὀδυσσεύς, Odysseus) voulait pouvoir entendre le chant des Sirènes, mais tous ceux qui avaient essayé avant lui étaient morts en le faisant. Il décida donc de mettre de la cire dans les oreilles de ses hommes pour qu’ils ne puissent plus entendre et demanda à se faire attacher au mât pour ne pas pouvoir succomber aux chants. Pour la première fois, quelqu’un avait pu écouter les sirènes et survivre. Ulysse n’avait pas réussi grâce à une volonté hors du commun, mais grâce à un système ingénieux qui ne lui laissait d’autres choix que celui de réussir. Ce type de système a pris le le nom de Pacte d’Ulysse.

  • Tu as des facilités à écrire sur le monde de l’entrepreneuriat et tu es au courant des actualités (Si Elon lance une fusée, tu es le deuxième à le savoir)
  • Tu as fait tes preuves sur des fonctions similaires (portfolio et KPI à l’appui) 
    • Tu es pédagogue, tu sais et tu aimes transmettre une idée à ton audience en utilisant différents outils. 
    • L’orthographe et la grammaire n’ont pas de secret pour toi. On ne te demande pas de faire un sans faute à la dictée de Prosper Mérimée… Mais tout de même…
    •  Tu t’intéresses à d’autres industries que l’écriture et le business… Qui influencent tes qualités de rédaction.
  • Tu maîtrises les notions de SEO et tu as des notions basiques en copywriting.

Il y a des clubs de basket-ball qui ont été conçus pour être des clubs amateurs et d’autres qui aspirent à jouer en NBA. Les deux sont très bien et servent leur but.

Jouer dans la NBA demande beaucoup plus aux joueurs, mais pour certains c’est ce dont ils ont toujours rêvé.
Certains sont repoussés par l’exigence de Michael Jordan, nous sommes inspirés par lui, par son dévouement à son art et son désir d’excellence.
Il est certain que nous avons beaucoup à faire pour pouvoir dire que nous jouons dans la big league.
Mais nous savons que nous le voulons…
Pour nous, il ne s’agit pas de NBA, il s’agit de créer l’émerveillement chez nos clients, de concevoir la meilleure formation et d’avoir un impact sur le plus grand nombre de vies possible.

Certaines personnes s’imaginent qu’elles travailleront dans un environnement confortable et sans pression.
Mais nous avons une culture très orientée start-up où tout va vite, où il y a beaucoup de changements.
<Et où nous ne te disons pas toujours exactement ce que tu dois faire et comment le faire.
