This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or from the comfort of your couch!  Native or bilingual level in French is required and fluency in English as well.

And that’s where you come in.




Reporting directly to the Director of PXS School, our range of coaching products designed to help people live their true ambitions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge coaching solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.

Within your current portfolio, you oversee:

  1. Coaching Fundamentals: This comprehensive two-day program serves as a foundational platform for acquiring essential coaching skills. Participants delve into the basics of coaching, leveraging it as a powerful tool to enhance both personal and professional relationships.

  2. PXS Alumni: This exclusive community is designed to connect and empower graduates of our coaching programs, allowing them to continue their professional and personal development journey, fostering a sense of belonging and ongoing collaboration.

In addition, your role may extend to participation in additional projects, where your adept organizational skills will prove instrumental in aiding the Director and other team members to launch or drive forward other initiatives.


As Project Manager of both Coaching Fundamentals & PXS Alumni, your main missions include :

1- Team Leadership: Orchestrating Excellence

  • Lead team members dedicated to the development and delivery of both products and foster effective collaboration and communication among them to ensure a harmonious and efficient workflow.

  • Contribute to the recruitment and management of our team of trainers, supporting them in delivering exceptional coaching experiences that meet our standards of expertise, professionalism, and dedication.

2- Project Mastery: Navigating Successful Deliveries

  • Assume accountability for the delivery of both products, vigilantly monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and reporting detailing of project’s plans, progress, and issues to the Director of PXS.

3- Quality Assurance: Elevating Product Standards

  • Uphold and elevate the quality and effectiveness of our coaching solutions through continuous improvement efforts, the tracking of key analytics such as engagement, NPS, retention…, and the building and improvement of systems and processes that harness the power of AI & automations.

4- Strategic Contribution: Aligning Vision and fostering Innovation

  • Ensure our coaching solutions actively contribute to the strategic vision of PXS and identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the coaching product portfolio.

  • Collaborate with teams to understand client needs and feedback, ensuring coaching solutions remain relevant and impactful.



  • Top gun Project Manager : you have proven experience in project management (at least 3 years of experience), preferably within a startup environment.

  • Strong interpersonal qualities: you enjoy human interaction, naturally adapt to different individuals, and can establish high-quality connections with a diverse range of people.

  • Tech Savvy & Master of digital tools: you are eager to automate wherever opportunities arise.

  • Organized, responsive, and rigorous: you can manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, excel in execution, focus on results, and pay attention to details. You love creating and improving processes and systems.

  • Creative and resourceful: you have a strong ability to find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of our coaching products. You also know how to and enjoy being a resource to help others solve their problems.

  • Client-Centric Focus: you understand client needs and feedback, maintaining a client-centric approach to ensure coaching solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.
